Electric Test Pump ZPT-E 200/15

Application

The device is designed for pressure testing of closed pipeline systems, such as blind pipelines, tanks, etc. using high water pressure with  parameters like drinking water or light mineral oils (eg HLP 5).

• It is not suitable for continuous operation.

The device consists of:

• Plunger pump 200 bar - 15 l/min with valves on its head and a drain valve.
• Electric drive 5,5kW/400V/1500 rpm.
• Buffer tank 30 dm³ z zaworem pływakowym i przelewami z armatury hydr.
• Drive switch with on / off buttons.
• Valve set with precise pressure gauge for pressure tests.
• Pump trolley with 2 wheels
• Water filter with accuracy 50 um on supplying line of  the working medium.
• Hydraulic hoses: highpressure and suction (low pressure) - 5.0 m each..
• Three-phase electric cable - 5.0 m with 3-phase connector 16A.

  The machine is supplied completely assembled, ready to work.
