The pump unit consists of the following elements:

  1.     The plunger pump
  2.     Clutch and housing*
  3.     Electric engine
  4.     Pressure regulation valve with adjustment knob
  5.     Check valve - maintains the test pressure in the tested object after switching off the engine
  6.     Drain valve -  allows the decompression of the tested object and its drainage after the test
  7.     Vent valve - allows the pump to be vented before starting the pressure test
  8.     Safety valve
  9.     Glycerin gauge -  indicates the current pressure in the tested object
  10.     Control and power supply panel with 3m cord and plug
  11.     Buffer tank with floating valve and power connection as an option
  12.     Steel supporting frame on wheels
  13.     Hydraulic hoses:
    • high pressure hose with male connection (GZ) G1 / 2 ", L = 5 m,
    • water supply hose  DN13 , L = 3 m.
  14.     The units from pos.1 and 2 are using single-phase power while the others - triple-phase
