Two-Way Reversible Filter type HE-FDR-250-***

Application

The  two-way reversible filter is designed for filtration of water for cooling spray systems used in underground mines. The filter can also be used for the filtration of oil-in-water emulsions  HFA / HFA type used in hydraulic systems with max. operating pressure of 10 MPa (100 bar).
The filter can be used individually as well as in sets  connected in series or in parallel.

Specification

The filter is designed  for operation in underground coal mines  with  methane and coal dust danger.

It is  ease to use,  replace and clean the filter elements. The filter element has two slotted sieves   mounted centrally inside the filter path. The manufacturer uses only filter cartridges made of stainless steel.

The filter is designed as a dual chamber pressure tank. Filtration can be carried out simultaneously by one or two filtration chambers.

Cleaning the filter occurs through reverse flow of water in the filter chamber,  after switching lever  of the valve. The liquid removes contaminations  (washings)  outside the unit through drainage outlet.
